Our Return Commitment: We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied. Here's how you can make a return.

Time Frame for Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized backpacks are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt of the returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Shipping for Returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We suggest using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
